RCO/RTO
-Regenerative Catalytic/Thermal Oxidation Furnace
RCO/RTO heats the organic waste gas to 280°C (up to 900°C when incinerated), the VOCs in waste gas shall be oxidized and decomposed into CO2 and H20 under the action of a catalyst, thereby reducing pollution. Meanwhile, due to adopting a regenerative combustion technology, the high-temperature gas generated by catalytic oxidation heats regenerator, and the regenerator preheats the incoming waste gas, strengthens the furnace gas circulation, uniformizes the temperature field in the furnace, and saves the fuel consumption of waste gas heating. Catalytic combustion device is mainly composed of five parts: a combustion device, a regenerator (with a heat accumulator and a catalyst inside), a reversing system, a exhaust system and a connecting pipe.
蓄热式催化/焚烧炉
催化氧化/焚烧炉是把有机废气加热到280℃(焚烧时为900℃)以上，在催化剂作用下使废气中的VOCs氧化分解为CO2和H2O，从而治理污染，同时，采用蓄热式燃烧技术，催化氧化产生的高温气体加热蓄热体，蓄热体预热进入的废气，强化了加热炉内的炉气循环,均匀炉内的温度场，节省了废气升温的燃料消耗。催化燃烧装置主要由燃烧装置、蓄热室(内有蓄热体和催化剂)、换向系统、排烟系统和连接管道，五大部分组成。
